I’m Lauren, a wife and momma to two amazing children in Glenmoore, PA. I attended West Chester University to become a teacher and taught for 7 years. I taught in Wilmington, DE, my hometown, and North Carolina, where I lived for 6 years. Throughout this time, I loved running and exercising and knew I wanted to change careers when the time was right.
My husband and I had our daughter in 2014, and shortly afterward, I found FIT4MOM Downingtown, a local workout program for moms. It felt like a good time to take up my new career path! I became certified through FIT4MOM and taught fitness classes for moms with their babies in strollers in Downingtown for 4 years. I believe finding the type of exercise you enjoy is half the battle, and once you do, it becomes routine very quickly! You find time to prioritize, and it will become a lifelong habit.
I am now a NASM-certified trainer and would not rather have any other job in the world. My intentions are simple - to help women feel comfortable and confident while toning and building lean muscle. I believe it’s important to stay healthy and fit for myself, my children, and my family, and I want to help others do the same. Weight training is a non-negotiable for me; as we age, it is essential. I offer 1 - 1 personal training sessions and group classes, both virtual and in person.

Lauren is a game-changer! I’ve worked with so many personal trainers, and she is one of the best!
